Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Mac Miller gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
